5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins; partial refunds apply thereafter, prorated by completed progress.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary based on game queue times, matchmaking and other factors outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
